'You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free. '

"Great hotel, very clean, nice people, rooms are normal size. Everything available. Nearby station. Food more Japan food then Western food as breakfast. You can have coffee the whole day. Smoking room available and money change machine. "
"Truly fenomenal hotel! Amazing breakfast with good hours (seating until 10:00, to finish before 10:30). The shuttle service to Disney was great! The inhouse grocery market super practical. The room super clean, spacious and well equiped. The personnel super friendly! The inhouse luggage forwarding service fantastic! And the price super reasonable! I am sorry i didnt book more nights here for my family… I warmly recommend this place!!!"
"Prachtige locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Lossen direct verzoeken of evt klachten zeer snel op. Hotelkamer zeer schoon en goed geïsoleerd waardoor je de airco niet eens aan hoeft te zetten in de nacht in hartje zomer. Enige minpunt was dat de kussens van het bed niet echt comfortabel was.

"The staff at Tokyo Hilton Bay provide excellent service. The location is relatively far from central attractions in Tokyo. The swimming pools can only be used for a high fee and is actually a limited pool. The swimming height of the outdoor pool is between aprox. 1. meters and 1.40 low and can therefore not really be used for proactive swimming. The hotel allows guests to wear regular attire such as hoodies and long pants. The staff like the service desk employees and the poolguards at the pool, unlike the praised hotel staff, are very unfriendly and not service-oriented. The bedrooms are clean, but it is a pity that the beds, next to each other, are arranged in a kind of cinema set-up. The breakfast breakfast is of a good standard, but more attention can be paid to the hygiene around the buffet. For example, with more hygiene gel and a more regular change of the serving cutlery. "
