'The outside was park-like. The concerns about no music and quiet after 9pm, don't seem to apply to the neighbors in the HOA. Construction across street always kicked off at 7:30. Party behind house went until midnight. House was surface clean, but dirty under beds and couches. I texted pics of damage we noticed after check-in. '

I drove a rented Class B RV van and was fine, even as a newby RV driver. The owner(s) have put much thought, detail and love into the aesthetics, amenities and overall guest experience. '

'Beautiful home that easily accommodated our large group of friends. The one downside for my music-loving friends was that there is no music allowed outside on the property. Otherwise it was an absolutely perfect visit!'

'The house was perfect for our wine-tasting getaway. We had lovely walks to downtown Sonoma and Whole Foods, and short scenic drives to many vineyards. The neigborhood was quiet and peaceful and the beds were very comfortable.The backyard was a lovely oasis where you could dine, play bocce or relax by the firepit with a glass of wine. '
