'This cottage was a Godsend to us at just the right time. Our hosts were gracious and kind, going out of their way to find what we needed during our stay. The facility is as depicted on line-clean, neat, comforting in decor, and close to all one might need in the area. The playground was a bonus for our visiting grandchildren. A full blessing of joy.'

If you explore the kitchen and dining area cupboards, there are extensive place settings, serving bowls, and glasses. Also some small appliances. The wrap around porch is a plus. "We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for another room, but when you already have settled after a long day travel, not so fine. So all together, we think it is over-rated and overpriced. Not a bad hotel, but room for improvement. "
