This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home boasts a fresh kitchen, a modern living room, and a spacious great room for lounging, dining, or working. Outside, indulge in an outdoor shower before grilling on the back deck or unwinding by the fire pit.
Amazing place to enjoy your summer with friends and family. Conveniently located near Patriots Square and restaurants for shopping or dining, and just minutes away from the Cape Cod Trail. With Dennis beaches on both Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod Bay, you can take your pick.

The Space:
Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom private retreat has been thoughtfully refurbished to accommodate up to eight guests with new appliances, furniture, and bedding throughout.

Upon entering, discover a open space living room with comfortable seating. Enjoy the afternoon sun streaming into the space as you peruse stream your favorite shows on the flat screen TV!

The master bedroom exudes tranquility with a comfortable queen bed. The bathroom has a standup shower, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a plenty of space in this room to store your luggage or put clothes in the closet.

Next to the primary bedroom, the bunk-room offers four twin sleeping spaces ( 2 twin bunk beds), making it ideal for guests or children. This room has a closet and dresser.

Another room offers one bunk bed with double and twin bed sizes. This room has a dresser, nightstand and a desk that can be used to work from home.

On the opposite side of the living room, our fully stocked kitchen awaits, featuring new appliances, and cookware. Utilize everything needed to prepare a delightful dinner from scratch. Plastic dishware is included for little ones.

The kitchen seamlessly opens into the Dinning Area, offering a dining area seating six. The kitchen bar also has 3 bar stool to enjoy a drink during the dinner prep or after a long day at the beach.

The Dining Area transitions to a screened porch. Make this area as your favorite spot from morning coffee to star gazing at night after long days at the beach.

The screened porch transitions to a spacious backyard. Grill a meal on the BBQ and gather under the large picnic table. In the evening, relax by the fire pit with your favorite people, grilled dinner and make s'mores.
