'It took us 2 days to get towels!! They kept saying we were on the list. I even went down to the office, called 3 times and miraculously on the 4th phone call and 36 hours later after the original request we got 2 hand towels and 2 shower towels. We asked for 4 as there were 4 in our party. They couldn’t find anymore. The neighbors were yelling and screaming half the time. Not an enjoyable stay which is sad because we had stayed there previously and loved it.'
