'Stayed for two nights with my family. The floors were sticky and dirty. AC kept throwing ice in the room. The water temperature was not consistent, you would be in the middle of a shower and it would get hotter then colder before going back to what you set it to. The room itself had a faint cigarette smoke smell to it. On the second day, I had to go to the front desk because my key didn’t work anymore and when we entered the room, housekeeping didn’t come in so there was still trash in the bin...

'This is our second time staying at the sable and it was wonderful! The staff is amazing and friendly! The elevators were out and we got lost a couple times getting to our room, and every single staff member that we would run into each time was so helpful and kind in finding where we were supposed to go! One of the housekeepers even stopped what she was doing to walk us to our correct floor when she realized we were lost! She was so incredibly nice! The views are incredible, the location is...

'This hotel is truly beautiful — Art Deco style, full of character and soul. The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. It’s located downtown, and many sights are within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are also nearby. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom could use renovation.
