'Relaxing short stay in a beautiful area of New Zealand - the room was clean and spacious, staff were relatively friendly and helpful. It was a short walk from the rooms to the main reception area and restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious. Would've been nice to have some sheer curtains or blinds to be able to let some natural light in without people being able to look in from the outside, but overall we had an enjoyable stay and hope to return again.'

'Keurig grote hotel hoewel we kamer met meerzicht hadden geboekt viel dit behoorlijk tegen. Daarnaast dinner samen met een hele busgroep is niet aan te raden. Vijf sterren hotels die daarnaast 2% fee durven te vragen voor gebruik creditcard zouden dat van te voren moeten laten weten dan zou ik ze nooit meer boeken.'

'Parking is a real issue. There is a parking garage for the same cost as the outside parking, but it can be hard to see. The free on street parking is very limited. In addition, there was a wood burning fireplace that spread smoke smell throughout our entire building from basement to 2nd floor. It actually made our room hazy and irritated our throats. The smoke was an issue for all three nights. The hotel is also a solid 15 minute drive to downtown Queenstown.'
