'Weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij the Americana Village. Het is een leuk complex en we hadden een mooie ruime kamer met keukentje, (eet)tafel en bank. Op loopafstand van Heavenly Village waar genoeg te shoppen en te eten is. Ontbijtfaciliteit had iets beter gekund.'

'The check in was quick. I arrived early to park there and spend the day at Heavenly. The staff notified me around noon my room is ready. The room has everything I needed. The bath room shower and tower rack are dated. The service was great. The location is the best I could ask for skiing at heavenly.'

'Hotel was a great experience. Nice view of the Mountains and city in the night. Rooms were spacious and living room was pretty big for kids to crawl and play. Staff was reachable and made accommodations. Hotel was extremely clean and was a quiet place. Overall, a great experience and would book again. '
