'We had a variety of ages, and it was nice to have rooms on main level to avoid stairs. The loft space was nice and roomy, but beds are not in private spaces which was not a concern for us, but you need to navigate stairs for that sleeping area. The lower level of house in outside pictures is not part of the rental. The view is awesome, and a great beach access is a 5-minute drive away at Kayak Regional Park. Very enjoyable home and beach access not far away.'

'The power was down yesterday, but i think we had it turned back on. The gas tank for the fire table on the front deck is out of gas, or it just didn't work, otherwise everything was great. 'Very responsive and helpful host. The house was very clean and the view of the Sound was great. Beautiful sunsets each night. The layout is a bit odd. But beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequately stocked. Outside deck could have been a little cleaner with 4 (instead of only 2) comfortable chairs. Neighbors were very close by but the trees gave a good sense of privacy and the neighborhood was quiet. '
