'Inn at Whittier was a great find. It's conveniently located right after the Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel and right next to the dock where you leave for the glacier cruise. The property is very cozy and clean. We were surprised by the size of our room and the great view from the windows! The staff at the inn and their restaurant were so nice and friendly. The food was excellent too. Everything was great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Whittier. Great value for the price.'

'Cheyenne the co-owner was a wonderful host and gave great concierge services too! She provided a great to-do-list for Homer with recommended restaurants, coffee shops, and activities. I went to multiple different places to eat based on her recommendation, and also took the Mako water taxi ride-along last minute which was so worth it! The hotel itself is very charming and cozy, and the room was spacious and clean. The personal touch and information offered by Cheyenne makes me want to visit...

'It was a lovely place to stay, nice room, good shower, clean. We have been there for 2 days but we have only a towel for 1 day. Because there is no staff at the accomodation you cannot ask anybody.'

'Ligt op een prachtige locatie. Cabin was schoon en ruim. Badkamer wel wat krap, maar modern. Helaas niet bij alle cabins privéparkeren. Laden en lossen kan gelukkig wel bij de cabin.Fijn dat er een restaurant bij zit. Wel wat beperkte keus en erg prijzig. Personeel allemaal vriendelijk en servicegericht.'

'We loved our stay here. It is all about the beachfront location. We had a slider that opened onto the beach and two chairs to enjoy the incredible view. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only regret was that only 1 night was available. This was a truly unique stay and I hope to return.'

'The place is about half hour from Seward which is great if you don’t get accommodation in Seward. We stayed in cabin 6, and there was junk yard all around that with old broken vehicles which is not a good sight. I felt the place was overpriced'

'The room was certainly acceptable, although it was a bit small, but it was clean. It also had a shower with a door instead of a curtain, which is always more pleasant. What was strange was that I heard an irregular banging noise all night long (room 1). At first, I thought it was coming from the saloon, but it had been closed for a long time. Maybe something in the pipes? As a result, I hardly slept.'

'The kitchen was not what we were expecting and it was tough with the only sink being the kitchen sink for the cabin and keeping hair and grooming items away from food.'

'I had an excellent experience at Soldotna Inn.....all was good EXCEPT the provided WIFI. I was on the West side of the building and and my max Wifi signal was 28mpbs down to 7mpbs. I could not even load my email. I could not log onto anything. On the East side where it office is, I recorded 72 mpbs and could use the Wifi signal. My room was not on that side. I was really disappointed. I notified the office and they said they would have someone ck it out. Maybe just need an signal...
