'Krappe kamer in kelder van gebouw. Beetje muffige lucht. Genoeg keuze voor ontbijt. Redelijk bed.
Gebouw maakt een beetje versleten indruk.
Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is redelijk (naar dure Alaska maatstaven).

'Wow! Five stars! Great location, clean rooms, fantastic food and THE friendliest manager and staff. Reasonable prices for Alaska and home grown breakfast included????! My only regret is not sampling the rhubarb grown on site. Thank you!!!'

'This is a lovely and quaint bed-and-breakfast in Seward. The location is good for exploring the historic downtown area with the shops and restaurants. There is a city shuttle if you wanna go further north in town for some excursions. Most excursion companies also offer a free pick up. It is a much better neighborhood to stay and then uptown. Sara and her staff operate this property and take care of your every need. The morning, hot breakfast to order was outstanding! We enjoyed fresh fruit...

'Room was very well maintained. Location is tricky. Owner did send some kind of map but still needed his help to locate the exact room. GPS will get you close to the property but will need owners help to figure out the exact location of property. Keep the owners phone number handy before heading there. Property is on a slightly uphill and will need driving through unpaved road and curvy roads. While the photos are true that the backyard has wilderness, you cannot stay there even for few seconds...

'It looks like just a split-level house, but Mr. and Mrs. Deal have turned it into a lovely oasis for visitors. They recommended Sofia's for lunch, an easy mile walk, and the food there is amazing. Mrs. Deal very kindly agreed to hold most of our luggage while we did a train ride to Seward for an overnight stay. She even put together a perfect brown bag breakfast since we were leaving so early. Our room is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The entire house is spotless. I highly recommend...

'Great hotel. We had some trouble contacting them, but that was due to our phones. But when we arrived we asked the neighboring pizza place to class them and they arrived super fast to let us in. Room was very comfortable with interesting bedlinnen;). Great that they offer airport shuttle too, super useful'
