Vind je ideale hotel in Southeast Jacksonville

'I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. '

'Newly opened so everything is great. Staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. Room size is comfortable yet pretty standard. Just an FYI if sharing the room, the door to the bathroom does not lock it just slides closed. '

'I did not want to stay in a pet friendly motel. Every room had at one time or another animals in them. Our room smelled terrible. We had to go buy sanitizer to make it smell better. It did not help much. I am a good customer of Expedia but this time I am really disappointed in our room and your service.'

'The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!'

'I booked through Expedia. Upon checking in I was informed that my “included” breakfast would be automatically deducted from my bill when I checked out. That was not the case however and I had to call the property to have the included breakfast removed from my bill a day after checking out. If I had not caught this error, I would have been charged 65 extra dollars. That is a serious lapse in service. A protocol should be put in place so that does not happen to other customers. Thanks!'

'It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch.
