'The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience.'

'Adorable little guest house in the heart of San Marco. The check in process was simple, the home was extremely clean. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place.'

'Place was clean and as advertised. One or two people fits comfortably. I really only slept there after spending the days traveling or with my father at River Gardens which was easy walking distance. Great sports/hookah bar, Pizza Joint, sushi spot and taco shoppe nearby. '

'We stayed at Claudia’s rental after a Jacksonville Jaguars game and it was in very close proximity to EverBank Stadium. On arrival the check-in instructions were clear, everything was as described, and the entire rental was very clean. We appreciated the large outside patio to mingle as well as all bedrooms having a TV. We will definitely stay here in the future. Thank you again. '
