Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. 'Overall stay was decent. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Unable to take advantage of both showers due to lack of hot water not operating in one of the bathrooms and kitchen sink. After numerous of attempt to get resolved it didn’t work. We were accused of making noise from 1st floor people when we were in bed resting. '

'We stayed at Claudia’s rental after a Jacksonville Jaguars game and it was in very close proximity to EverBank Stadium. On arrival the check-in instructions were clear, everything was as described, and the entire rental was very clean. We appreciated the large outside patio to mingle as well as all bedrooms having a TV. We will definitely stay here in the future. Thank you again. '
