'Love the Comfort'

'Het is een prachtig hotel, we hadden een van de mooiste kamers op de 32 verdieping. Dat we geen top score geven is omdat waarschijnlijk de bruidsuite ook op de vloer is en er zowel vrijdag als zaterdag een bruiloft was en daardoor veel lawaai in de vroege uurtjes. Maar wel een prachtig hotel op een super plek in de stad.'

'The front desk manager Benjamin was extremely helpful, polite and delightful. The concierge was spot on with recommending a spa and his follow through impeccable. The cleaning staff were cordial and thorough. The engineer was swift and very capable of fixing our door lock which malfunctioned. The front desk women seemed very timid, cowed and unable to stretch beyond rules that they perceived as rigid.'

'Top locatie, met de meeste bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand van het hotel. In directe omgeving ook nog leenfietsen. Maar nadeel is dat je zonder helm op pad zou gaan. Wel hotel met conferences/weddings, ook in het weekend, maar daar heb je eigenlijk geen weet of last van. '

'Location is great'

'Celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at the Ritz for 2 nights and it was amazing. Perfect. The check in process was quick and Bettina was so friendly. The lobby is gorgeous with a restaurant (open til 11pm)and bar open til 1am. Our deluxe king room was so nice with a city view. The location is perfect and we could walk to so many restaurants. This hotel is located right next to city hall, across the street from capital grill and McCormick and Shmicks. We were about a block from Del Friscos...
