'Staff were very lovely. Parking was free about 2 blocks away in a lot, which is decent for such a busy part of town. The location is great. Linens and tub/sink were clean, Jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus. The bar was well stocked on the $25 coupon for it was thoughful. They allowed us to check out an hour late. 'Well they're doing some renovation so you have to be prepared for taking the stair here and going around the construction site there ,but with that said the place is just a gem in a perfect location with great people and a fantastic bar and restaurant on the first floor. 'Prima hotel, zeker voor 1 nacht. Je kunt het beste vooraf aangeven hoe laat je arriveert. Eigenaresse is niet altijd aanwezig. Er is geen receptie. Kamer is modern en sfeervol. Badkamer is ruim en erg modern. Beiden erg schoon. '

'Property advertised as historic and fine lodging however we were given a run down small apartment in a front house up large flight of stairs with outside broken porch stairs. Plumbing was broken and kitchenette sink bubbled up and shot up dirty waste water smelling like sewer. We did not see brown water everywhere until second night because we did not use that area until then. We heard something and smelled but didn’t find it until 2nd night.
