'Was surprised with the $9.00 parking fee, as the lot was far from full. My bad on not picking that little extra ahead of time. Front desk Associate was friendly, and helpful, offering local places to eat for us. Housekeeping needs to check the hooks behind the bathroom doors to see if the previous guests left anything behind. In our case it was a mens underwear garment. Breakfast was good which was a welcome surprise as usually this is a weak point for hotels. Five stars overall!'

'The hotel rooms need a deep carpet clean. There were multiple stains of different colors on my floor. Additionally, the ac should be turned on in the hallways and lobby., It was very humid. I loved how large the room was as I have mobility issues. I also appreciated the fridge & microwave in the room. The location is very close to multiple eateries. I looked at the pool, but did not get in the water. It appeared clean & clear. Everything was clean.'

'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'The breakfast was the worse from any embassy suites I ever stayed and the chefs were rude. I felt like I was having breakfast at a Hampton Inn. Yuk!'

'WORST hotel stay in years of travel. First off at check in MHarpe checked us in. I informed him I had an ESA with me and happy to show her paperwork. Not a problem. He said. The lobby..was Lovley. That is where my nice compliments stop. Not long after our arrival we needed to eat while my ESA rested after a 9 hr drive from NY. So we went to quickly eat. 1 hr roughly. Upon returning from dinner, MHarpe berated me IN THE LOBBY. Trying to tell ME my ESA wasn’t allowed as it’s not a pet hotel. I...
