'No microwave in rooms, you have to go all the way to the atrium to use a microwave in that huge property. Not cool for the rate you pay. '

I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'
