'The property is clean, nicely decorated, and well located in the heart of Hobart, with clear access instructions and ample tea and coffee. The bedding itself was comfortable.However, the property is misrepresented as modern and luxurious; it is superficially renovated and clearly dated in its fittings and overall standard.The bath/shower (over a narrow, sloping bath) was a serious safety concern, particularly for older guests—my husband nearly slipped. 'Lovely, comfortable accomodation with terrific views. Easy check in process. Great area, quiet location with playgrounds nearby and everything you'd need is only a short drive away. A few things we'd ( and future guests maybe ) find useful- a clothes horse as it's often raining and more pegs for clothesline. Long handled dustpan and broom to sweep the floors. Thanks for having us. '
