We were told in the listing there would be operating instructions in the house along with a book with things to do and neither could be found in the house. 'This house is a work in process and it should not be rented out till finished. The yard was in terrible shape. Weeds everywhere. Some were as high as 3 ft. The outside walls and deck needed a serious power washing. The inside had more issues. All stairs were not finished. The ends of the stairs had a plastic wrap that was either cracking or cracked and they used Staples to hold them down. My baby granddaughter almost stepped on one that was loose and coming up.
