'The host was very welcoming. The facility was okay, very decorative; however there are so many decorative things, that there is no room to put your necessities with an a reach. The same problem in the bathroom, no space by the sink. We were expecting a fully equipped kitchen, as my husband likes to cook. We had to go out to eat daily. The dishes in the pantry were dirty, had to clean the coffee pot because it was dirty. Same thing with the utensils. Very importantly, older and disabled persons...

'This house is a work in process and it should not be rented out till finished. The yard was in terrible shape. Weeds everywhere. Some were as high as 3 ft. The outside walls and deck needed a serious power washing. The inside had more issues. All stairs were not finished. The ends of the stairs had a plastic wrap that was either cracking or cracked and they used Staples to hold them down. My baby granddaughter almost stepped on one that was loose and coming up. My daughter pulled it out. Also...

'Check in was fine, receptionist was friendly. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Both rooms smelled very bad and the carpeting was soaking wet. We left our luggage in the rooms and went out to visit family in the area and when we returned, the one way road to the the hotel was closed for overnight construction work. There was no way to get back to hotel. I called hotel to get instructions on a back way to get to hotel, which involved cutting through parking lots and driving wrong way on a one- way...
