'Tim was nice. Called my room to see if every was good. I called down to front desk just before 8pm because my room was freezing and I couldn't get the air conditioner to go up to 71. Isaiah (Isaac?) from mtce came up to get it to 71 degrees for me. Very thankful you had mtce there on a Saturday. Lady at front desk on second shift and lady bartender were very nice. '

'The hotel was in the middle of renovations. Taking this into account it still was a disappointing stay. The staff was friendly but I had to wait long before I was helped checking in. The deskclerk was on the phone and there was nobody else to help me. This was around 9.30pm so I could understand that. Checking out though, I had to wait several minutes before anyone showed up at all to help me. The room was clean and comfortable. The matress wasn't to our liking but that is subjective.'

'Prachtig pension op een geweldige - vooral tropische - lokatie. Prima kamers met uitzicht over een baai. Goed ontbijt met vooral veel vers fruit. De natuur is schitterend, ga er niet naartoe voor restaurants/uitgaansgelegenheden.'
