'The pictures of this listing does not reflect what you are going to get. The accommodation is part of a hotel & suites, which is very very run down. The restaurant & bar are permanently closed, the market place shop is permanently closed. The reception area looked like it was being used as a transit for parcels. The communal swimming pool furniture is mouldy and only fit for the dump. The entrance to the accommodation is dated and the carpeted hallways badly needs to be replaced. The...

'Absolutely awful. Bad area and the bed was DISGUSTING. Mold and crumbs on the mattress protector, which I was expected to sleep on. I had to leave and find somewhere else to sleep and trying to get my money back has been a nightmare because the host is so hard to communicate with. He barely ever responds. Look elsewhere.'

'The experience was very good. Located in a good spot for driving to a variety of places such of the springs. The place was a good home base for our family of four and had most of the items needed to cook our own meals. '

'Super close to Universal (which is why we were in town). Check-in was easy, the property was relatively quiet and felt safe even late at night. VERY close to LOTS of options for food, entertainment, shopping and tourist attractions. Very much enjoyed the balcony and how peaceful it felt out there at night (until the bugs came out). The room setup was perfect with the double bathrooms. Just wish the curtains were more of a blackout style; the morning sun came into the room just a LITTLE too early...
