'I have stayed at hotels offering free breakfasts before, but by comparison, those free breakfasts couldn't hold a candle to what ChefRobert at the Holiday Day Inn Express BDL, put on! The eggs were fresh, cooked to perfection, the bacon fresh, crisp perfect! In fact, everything was excellent and beyond expectations! Hats off to Robert, for an excellent culinary experience'

'We had a great stay at Baldwin Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was huge, giving us plenty of space to move around. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The room was also clean. Overall, this hotel offered exactly what we needed for an affordable price. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.'

'My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

'Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. 'The location was convenient for our needs. It was quiet. The listing did not let you know that you had to leave your room for your “private “ bath. The listing stated there was air conditioning, there was a fan. Wayne was friendly and personable.'

Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. No room service with fresh towels, coffee pod refills or tissues since there were only 2 in the box. I mentioned the remaining 2 issues at...
