'Clean, comfy sofa price was right for what needed. Easy parking. We were able to walk to dinner. Fit our family of 5 for the weekend. Needs a little more seating inside the living space. A little lacking in the kitchen if you are someone looking to cook. No big bowls or enough silverware. Aside from that would sty again. '

'I would stay there again. Tight corner into parking with my Subaru Outback, backed in. Used heaters provided, closed bedroom door and the space heated fine. Lucky to have quiet upstairs neighbors, you can hear everything upstairs. Otherwise, great place.'

'We needed a comfortable spot to meet up with family who we hadn’t seen in a while. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. The host has given a lot of thought and attention to the details that make you feel like you’re at home, rather than at a hotel. Homemade muffins await you. Full kitchen with condiments, coffee, tea, milk, butter for your use. It’s truly spotless, spacious, and comfy. Private backyard that feels like a zen garden. Good stay but a daily Amenity Fee??

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
