We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. 'Was disappointed when we found a roach in the pool area shortly after arrival. Thankfully it was dead but definitely made me feel uneasy about the rest of our stay. However, the staff was kind and location was ideal plenty of food and gas near by.'
