When making a booking I saw that it was a king size bed but once checked in, I noticed its two super single bed put together. The jacuzzi and spa service was available but the jacuzzi handle was broken and they forgot to fill up so when it was my time I had to wait half an hour for it to be filled. '

"We had an absolutely fantastic time at Grand Lexis Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the attention and friendliness towards our children were incredible. The staff went out of their way to make sure our kids felt right at home. They even received a special welcome package, and everywhere we went, they were greeted with a smile.
The family-friendly facilities at the hotel are top-notch. The private pools were a wonderful bonus, allowing us to enjoy time with our kids in complete privacy and relaxation. There were plenty of activities for the children, from play areas to organized games and workshops. The staff made sure our kids always had something fun to do and were enjoying themselves.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with excellent amenities. The entire hotel exuded luxury and comfort while maintaining a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
