'Property was severely lacking working amenities - the tv had blurred screen, the gas was not working throughout the stay. We had requested for a late check-out and due to the issues with the room, they had agreed at no cost. However on the day of checkout, we were repeatedly disturbed by the staff, asking us to check out and every time we had to again explain the situation.
