'The staff were really annoying. On the first day, they kept coming to my room for every little detail, and I didn’t have any privacy. The next day, my breakfast was 40 minutes late. The bed was also not clean and had a strong, unpleasant smell from the anti-mosquito spray. The food was very basic as well.
It was advertised as a “yoga and meditation retreat,” but when I asked about joining a yoga class, they said they would get back to me. I never received any confirmation.

'The stay in Kent Cottage is probably one of the biggest highlight of the trip around Sri Lanka. The place had a very cosy feel. Didn't feel like I was in a hotel/cottage. The team for 3 did absolutely everything and more to make our stay a happy one. They attended to our needs immediately. They cooked fresh food that was our of this world and informed us of all the local attractions and what's the best time to go to them as well as organising the transport.
