'I wish it was better. The location was amazing! None of the door keys worked in everyone's room door, it was a struggle to get in each time. The front desk lady even struggled to help us in and several others in our group. Our drain in the shower was not draining so the front desk had to dump chemicals down the drain while we were there. Also, the tools used to clean out the drain were left in our bathroom. The hot tub was not working and was shut down. The carpet in our room had stains all over...

'We had a very comfortable stay with them. We didn't use any of the amenities except the continental breakfast as we were too exhausted from our traveling. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The pool looked inviting and felt a very comfortable temperature but we were too tired to go in. The elevator worked great and they have a few carts to help bring your luggage to your room. All in all it was a very pleasant hotel to stay in and we will go back there when we go to that area...

'The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. What we didn’t like was that the hot tub wasn’t available and the pool was cold. In fact, that whole end of the building, including the lobby was very chilly. Breakfast was mostly gluten carbs, and no fresh fruit.'

'For the most part it was good. I didn't find my room super clean but it's a hotel I expected that. The only thing I found really annoying was our fridge was shut off unknowingly. But I brought it to the managers attention she she was extremely apologetic took care of the food that was in the fridge. To me that speaks volumes. I would totally stay again based on the great customer service'

'My only complaint is that the pop machine on our floor was not stocked with the soda we needed and the one on the main floor was broken and didn't work at all.'

'Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.'

'We had to go to the desk at 10:00pm to get hand towels and washcloths, then back to the deskat 10:30 for TP.'

'Clean rooms and the employees were super helpful!'

'Easy parking, and a resturant next door. Our room was missing it's smoke detector. Otherwise a quiet night.'

'The property parking lot entrance is not lit with just a small sign by road so can easily drive by. There is no elevator to second floor so may be hard if you have a big suitcase or impaired if no main floor available. The facet in sink area in my room was not clean and I used my Clorox wipes to clean it. Breakfast is marginal at best with pre-formed round scrambled eggs and sausages to heat. Coffee okay. Front desk misted charge twice by a very large amount causing me to spend time on my phone...

'Good stay'

'Nice cozy place. Very helpful and kind front desk lady.'
