Blue 'est View - Gloednieuw ... BLAUWE UITZICHT VILLA

Blue View is een gloednieuwe constructie! Een klassieke, zachte, moderne Caribische architectuur op een groot terrein met prachtig uitzicht vanaf zonsopgang boven Ram's Head tot zonsondergang over St. Thomas. Het is een zeer speciale eigenschap die met de grootste zorg is gesitueerd om de wind naar beneden en de wind te vangen met een vrij uitzicht op St. Croix 40mi weg. Vind op elk moment van de dag de perfecte hoeveelheid zon of schaduw die u wenst. Blue View is een aparte villa gelegen naast onze hoofdvilla en op 6 minuten van Cruz Bay
Wees een van onze eerste gasten om te genieten van ons introductieaanbod terwijl we het landschap op het terrein voltooien. Blue View is een gloednieuwe constructie met gewelfde balkenplafonds en prachtige traditionele St. John metselwerk. Blue View heeft een woonoppervlak van 920 m². Meer dan 600 m² binnen en 300 buiten. Open bijna 30 ft glazen schuifdeuren en de totale ruimte wordt als één. Blue View is voorzien van airconditioning, tv, WiFi, nieuwe apparaten en een King Size Simmons Beautyrest Black-lijnmatras. De keuken / woonkamer heeft een nieuwe queensize comfortabele slaapbank zonder veren of staven. De badkamer heeft een 10 "regendouchekop.

- We zijn meestal beschikbaar om u te ontmoeten op de veerboot en u naar uw autoverhuurbedrijf te brengen. Wij wachten op u om uw auto te krijgen en u kunt ons volgen naar Blue View.

- Zorg dat je uiterlijk om 20:00 uur in Blue View aankomt. Als u na 20:00 uur arriveert, neem dan vooraf contact met ons op om afspraken te maken.

- Bespaar elektriciteit! Elektriciteit op de Maagdeneilanden is meerdere malen duurder dan aan de staat. Houd rekening met elektriciteitsverbruik: schakel alle lichten, ventilatoren en A / C uit als u zich niet in Blue View bevindt. Uw instandhouding stelt ons in staat u dergelijke redelijke tarieven aan te bieden.

- In het geval van een stroomstoring hebben we een vermogensreserve die vrijwel onmiddellijk wordt geactiveerd. Als dit niet het geval is, gebruik dan geen water (doorspoelen van het toilet, douchen) totdat de stroom weer ingeschakeld wordt.

- Help ons alstublieft water te besparen! Iedereen op St. John haalt zijn water uit de regen verzameld van het dak in reservoirs onder het huis. Wij vragen dat u voorzichtig bent met uw watergebruik. Het water wordt opgevangen uit regenwater en behandeld met een drievoudig filtersysteem en vervolgens ultraviolet licht voor maximale zuivering.

Best Views on the Island and a Great Host

My wife and I stayed here for a week, and we absolutely loved the place. The views are phenomenal, and we loved the location with its isolated feel but close proximity to Cruz Bay. We enjoyed the nice breezes that you get being elevated, and the star gazing after coming in from dinner was great. The bed was comfy, and the views from the bed can’t be beat. If it wasn’t for wanting to get out and explore the different parts of the island and countless beaches, we could’ve spent even more time lounging with those views. Tim was the perfect host, from picking us up at the dock to take us to our rental vehicle, to giving recommendations on a variety of things to do and places to eat, to even helping us get cash after we forgot our ATM card and were in a pinch. We look forward to returning, hopefully some day soon.

New Year’s Vacation

Tim and Phyllis were amazing hosts! The villa is better than the pictures and the pictures are pretty great! We could not be happier with our location and the panoramic views we saw daily from sunrise to sunset. Tim met us at the ferry and helped us with our bags and getting to the Jeep rental. We followed him to the villa and over the course of our stay he offered many suggestions and highlights of things to do and see throughout the island. They make you feel like you’re at your home away from home but in paradise. We will be back!!

The property was beautiful, but the views from the bed are on two sides. It was overwhelmingly beautiful waking up and seeing 2 walls of sea each morning. You can hear the sounds of waves crashing below. It was paradise.

Tim is the consummate host! Appreciated his immediate responsiveness to all of our questions pre arrival and during our stay. Took immediate care of replenishing the gas for the grill, met us at the ferry when we arrived, and provided an abundance of suggestions for dinner, beach activities, and overall highlights to enjoy on island. The Villa was beyond our expectations! Sunrise and sunsets viewed daily from the outdoor patio are not to be missed and spectacular. The views are truly amazing as is the quiet privacy. Blue View Villa was a perfect oasis and retreat for this extremely busy couple, but the access to Cruz Bay and the beaches was also incredible. Thank you Tim and Phyllis for creating and sharing this piece of heaven on earth with us!

Amazing Stay in St. John

We just returned from a week on St. John staying at Blue View Villa. It was a great experience all around. As others have stated Tim was extremely helpful, meeting us at the ferry dock and helping us pickup our rental Jeep and getting us to the Villa. Blue View is exactly as described. It was perfect for us, a couple spending a week on the island. The views are incredible, it was clean, and had everything we could have asked for. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future, in fact we are already booked for next year. Thanks Tim for being a great host!

Beautiful Views

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we would we absolutely recommend this villa. It has stunning views and was very clean. Tim was very helpful as it was our first time in St John and he provided recommendations for car rentals, activities, and places to eat. He also took the time to pick us up from the ferry dock and drove us to pick up our jeep. We had an excellent time and will definitely be back!

We LOVED our stay here so much! The house is beautiful had everything we needed. It’s super close to Cruz Bay. Pictures were spot on and the views are even more gorgeous in person. Breathtaking Views!

We spent two weeks in this wonderful villa with breathtaking views. This was our fifth year (9 weeks total) vacationing on St. John and Blue View Villa has the best views we have ever experienced from our accommodations! While the villa is on the smaller side, it is perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable and both air conditioners worked well! There are also large ceiling fans in the kitchen/living room and bedroom. It does not have an oven (in case anyone is looking for that) but we would not have used it anyway. We prefer to eat out (Dave & Jerry’s, Lime Inn, La Tapa, Extra Virgin Bistro, The Terrace, Lovango Rum Bar, Northshore Deli, Shambles, Greengos, etc.) We did use the grill twice and Tim quickly brought us tongs when we requested them, as they live in the house connected to the villa by a long patio. (There is a door the separates the patio connection.) Tim and Phyllis were wonderful hosts! The villa is very close to Cruz Bay (as mentioned in the listing) but you still need a Jeep (or 4WD) to get around the island. Overall, a fabulous place to stay on St. John! Thank you again!

Best Honeymoon Imaginable

Tim and Phyllis really know how to make their guests feel welcomed. As soon as we booked, they reached out and gave us their best recommendations on restaurants, beaches, things to do, etc. Tim picked us up from the ferry at St. John and took us to our rental car company and then to the VRBO, which was above and beyond what we expected. When we got to the unit, it was absolutely pristine with the best view one could ever imagine! Their place is truly paradise! It didn’t end there. Tim continued to stay in touch to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and we were happy with every aspect. We reached out to him several times throughout the trip to ask questions on things to do, places to go, what type of boat to rent, etc. He was very responsive and gave great advice on how to make the most of our trip. Booking this place pretty much comes with your own personal travel advisor from a St. John local. He even wished me a happy Father’s Day during our stay and sent us a very nice farewell text upon our departure. If we could give it a 20 out of 10, we would. Definitely coming back here - and only here - the next time we visit. It felt like a home away from home in paradise.
