'Great for our family. Pool is great. Hotel is across the street from lots of fun rides, restaurants and things for kids to do. This place is unique in that it offers a great buffet breakfast, daily free popcorn and soda AND a free cocktail/food hour for two hours every day. We had pulled pork sliders one night, enchiladas another night, hotdogs everyday for kids. Saved us tons of money on food.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'I was very happy with the upgrade due to being an ambassador. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but when my daughter took a shower she noticed mushrooms growing out of the ceiling, and hair in the tub. We did report the mushrooms the next morning, but that is apparently a sign of mold etc. I had a hard time finding ice, and walking around the hotel on various floors I didn’t feel very safe, not sure why, just a vibe I had. 'Specifically picked this hotel due to its proximity to Busch Stadium, went to a ball game and wanted to be able to walk to, and from the stadium back to the hotel. I didn't choose to do valet, and just parked in the garage across the street for $30 for less than 24 hr parking. Didn't really have time to use any of the amenities the hotel offered, but the bar/dining area looked really nice.'

'Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking.'

'Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience'
