'Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...

'The house is absolutely great, very comfortable/practicle and nicely styled. Very complete equiped.The location is perfect, the view wonderful. The support from Ben (remotely via email) was very useful, our TomTom navigator had some difficulty to find it. All in all : fantastic !'

'We've been coming to the cabin for a few years and enjoy our stays immensely. The kids can ride bikes, roam and wade on the campground roads and river. Location is fantastic - convenient to Littleton (great restaurants and shops), Bethlehem (Rek Lis Brewery) and some of the best hiking in NH. Minutes from Mt Washington, Santa's village, Appalachia trail head and Zealand/Crawford notch. Far from the crowds in Conway and Lincoln but close enough to visit. '

'What a beautiful cabin! We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. The accommodations were excellent and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The pond is beautiful and we had a ton of water options from paddle boards to kayaks! We used both the charcoal and gas grills and everything was clean and in good working order. Would highly recommend this cabin to unwind and get back to nature.'

'The cabin was what one might expect in Vermont and it didn’t disappoint. The setting was on a dirt road as most of Vermont roads are. It was nicely packed and not dusty. Neighbors were not close by, it was very quiet. The cabin was clean and stocked well. The extra necessities were a pleasant surprise and appreciated. Communication from Jennifer, the owner was excellent. I recommend this Vermont Cabin! '

'Spacious, cozy and tranquil is what you’ll get at this quiet and comfortable cabin in the quaint town of Franconia. The kitchen was easy to cook in with it being mostly stocked with everything you need to prepare most meals. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to spread out and all the wooded trails to walk or hike! We even spotted a snowshoe hare on one of our hikes!'

"What a mess. €209 for a night you could better have spend in a barn. Not a normal breakfast (not even tea) and workers started working in a room next to mine at 0800 when I was working. Too expensive, terrible old mess. Check out at 10am also way too early. "
