'Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 '

'Our family had such a wonderful stay at the cabin. It's labeled as "rustic" but did not feel rustic on the inside. It has every amenity you need, a full kitchen, the bedrooms were wonderful, there were games, puzzles, paddleboards and kayaks. Our kids were busy the whole time, fishing, swimming, and paddling around the beautiful pond, and roasting smores and hot dogs by the firepit. 'We were a group of ten. 3’couples & 4 children, ages 11-12. Cabin was perfect for us all. 3 king beds & 2 bunks & double for the kids. The double sided fireplace kept the place cozy & the dinning table for 12 was perfect. Skiing at Bretton woods was fantastic. We would stay there again. '

'We enjoyed our time in the Franconia cabin. Although it isn’t fancy, it is clean and comfortable. The rustic vibe fit well with our personalities and desire to get away from a fast-paced work life. The wrap-around porch was a real treat! The weather was hot and humid during our stay. We appreciated having access to fans, since the house does not have central AC. Hope to return to Franconia soon!'
