'Fishing was excellent! Water activities were fun! Area was as expected. Aesthetically the home is cute! Structurally, it’s a different story. The steps to the upstairs are intimidating. But the homeowner does have signs warning of this at the house. Also, there is no AC in the bedrooms. It made for some very hot sleeping. Beds/bedding were comfortable. TV in LR had lots of streaming options. Kitchen is very equipped. As is the bathroom. Communication was excellent with homeowner. They did think...

Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little...

'We stayed in the Finch and loved it. Bed was super comfy and the shower is divine! I love the care and thoughtfulness that is put into every aspect of the cottages and the grounds. There is everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher! We brought our two small dogs, and we enjoyed exploring the property, especially by the docks. The fall decor is grogeous. Each cottage had its own pumpkin, firepit with supplied wood, kindling and Adirondack chairs, and outdoor table area. I highly recommend...
