'My room was clean for the most part but the headboard was dusty. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes. Great value. My only complaint was the elevators were always busy in the morning so we had to take the stairs. We picked this hotel for the hot tub but on the morning we were checking out, the jets were not working. The location and the amenities were great. I could walk to MetroLink station and restaurants.'

'Room was very clean and spacious. We had a room with two queen beds for 3 night stay. Great view of Union Station area with ferris wheel and soccer stadium. Easy walk to many activities and restaurants. Parking was extremely convenient and easy to use. $25/day and allowed to enter/exit throughout the day as you please. 'Everyone was so professional and everything was great'

'This hotel was just beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Was walking distance to Arch and ballpark. Staff was just amazing. We were flying in from out of town and coming in a lot earlier than check in time and they were able to get us an early checkin. They took our luggage and we went and walked around until they called to let us know the room was ready. We didn't utilize the bar or restaurants because we weren't there long. But we will definitely stay again next time we're in town.'

'We only had 1 bath towel in our room. I went down to front desk that night and requested another one. Guy said he would send some to us. Next morning no towels. I sent a chat thru Hilton app and called 30 minutes later. They said they would send someone. An hour later still no towel. I guess they need to buy some or hire some people that can deliver a towel.'

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '
