'Great city to explore! The hotel was a great price and walking distance to many things. The buffet breakfast and happy hour snacks were unexpected. Everyone was so friendly.'

'The hotel was great and the customer service was outstanding! Just a couple of suggestions: there were no trash bags in trash cans, no bag for laundry and the biggest suggestion MICROWAVE IN THE ROOMS!! Went to an event and by the time we made it back to hotel there was no way to heat up leftovers from lunch and nothing open to order from. Just suggestions, but a beautiful property!!'

'Centrally located for site seeing. Grabbed shared rides to the trolley and the river cruise, though they may have been walkable. Sadly, the Arch was closed. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Anjas for working so many meals during my stay. He was a friendly constant during my stay. '

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. The temp in the room was easily adjustable, the shower was spacious, and the bed comfortable. The decor in the different colored rooms was so fun. I had the green room and felt as if I landed in the Emerald City. Spectacular visit - thanks Angad!'

'The area has lots of options and the properties are beautiful. I was disappointed that the wayer lagoon didn't have the fire show. Signs saying something would have been helpful. '

'Really nice hotel in a great location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Everything is pretty up to date. Nice self wash area where you can do your laundry. It's a 10 min walk to the Arch. And it's for a good price.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '
