'We took a bad start as the property was without electricity when we arrived (a problem of the whole area) but after that was solved, everything in our stay was perfect; The host gives us friendly service of breakfast and the restaurant was FABULOUS, with nice wines and excellent food. I had lobster and enjoyed every bit of it. The garden is pleasant to sit in with a good beer, they have several good beers on tap. I would stay again.'

'Have stayed at the Ship a few times over the years so knew what to expect. Nothing has changed it’s an old building. Staff were excellent meal in the evening and breakfast next day were both good. Very central location '

'Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected.'
