'Hotel is good, great service, however, they closed the bathrooms in the lobby to clean them for about 20 minutes per male/female side at the busiest time. During breakfast. If you had dropped off your key post check out you were stuck waiting for the cleaner to finish before you could leave. This is NOT a good system. Cleaning the bathrooms in the afternoon when the public areas are not in a lot of use would be better.'

'Het is een prachtig oud hotel, je voelt je terug in de tijd. Het hotel is uit 1925! In vergelijking met andere amerikaanse hotels is het een goed ontbijt. De receptionist was heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Vriendelijke schoonmaaksters ook. Het bed was heel erg doorgezakt en de douche had een dunne straal. Het strand is prachtig met de pier. In november is het een soort van uitgestorven. Er is geen bruisend gebeuren.'

'In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about...

'This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at. Saves time on looking for parking and walking to building for appointment. They have a bar if you choose to visit. A gorgeous outdoor pool. A wonderful breakfast for an additional cost, if wanting breakfast. Well...
