'The lobby staff is very friendly and greeting you at the front desk to get you checked in. Lobby looks newly updated and gave a vibe that this was going to be a great hotel. Once checked in drove around hotel parking lot sitting in parking lot did not feel safe getting to room hallway smell like wet dog'

From the second I walked in, the presentation and customer service were flawless. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, and nobody looked at me like I was inconveniencing them by existing. The staff willingly gave us another room. Inside door latches/chains have been removed and painted over. The room interiors are dimly lit, with walls painted battleship gray except where they've been scarred or patched. Cleanliness is fine. The interior courtyard rooms are surprisingly quiet.
