'Good property'

'I booked this location because it was listed as a hotel. It is not. They are 5-6 small bungalows. The pictures are incredibly misleading. Theres a pool, but it was green, with tacky signs everywhere saying that the pool was closed. I tried to get a refund after I stepped in one of the rooms, which looked nothing like the pictures, only to have to have to contact 3 different support staff to see what happened. They argued that although the pictures can vary, all the rooms offer the same...

'The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder. However, the neighborhood seemed relatively safe and I managed to lean a chair against the door so that it would fall and make a noise if somebody did...
