'Only issue we had was parking. The hotel only had valet parking only and parking was very limited, which ended up costing 30.00 dollars a night plus tip.'

'Have lived in the Raleigh area for over 20 years, but never had a reason to stay at the hotel. Always new about it though as perhaps one of the oldest, if not the oldest hotel downtown. Have neen in the hotel, but for events, etc., but never stayed. Very nice. Staff, excellent. Room was very clean. Excellent hotel lobby with nice restaurant. Enjoyed.'
