Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!'

Plenty of room for a family of three with thoughtful touches like microwave popcorn, oatmeal, tea and coffee, Our hosts were helpful, responsive and friendly and there were notes with instructions to guide us how to turn things on.'

'Cozy Cottage #3 is exactly that! The cottage was perfect for summer getaway with hubby and two dogs. The cottage had all the amenities we needed-full kitchen, tub/shower, good sized bedroom, and comfortable living room. The backyard was fully fenced so we had no worries about the dogs wandering off after the turkeys we saw strutting down the road. Our stay was stress free due to easy checking in and out and responsiveness of our host Rob. We will definitely book again. '
