'Very good friendly hotel in a lovely part of the country'

'Uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst, hoewel we veel te vroeg waren.Mochten onze kamer kiezen.Het werd de kamer met bad, maar we hadden niet gezien dat er geen handdouche was, dus lekker ouderwets ! Simpel ontbijt op de kamer.Koelkastje moet ontdooid worden.Verder rustig :restaurant was gesloten.'

'Prima verblijf om bijvoorbeeld Cambridge of stamford te bezoeken. Ook Londen is met de trein goed te doen. Kamer was goed, ontbijt en avondeten perfect, heerlijk. Badkamer klein en met een simpele douche. '

'Het bed was net een hangmat, we kwamen er smorgens gebroken uit. Het avond eten was super. De kok die het ontbijt voor ons moest maken was net 4 dagen in dienst en maakte voor het eerst ontbijt, dat was te merken, want de koffie leek meer op thee, de melk voor in de koffie zat niet in een melkkannetje, maar in een espresso kopje waar het stof nog in zat en wat dus boven op de.melk bleef drijven. Na wat instructies heeft hij toch een goede kan koffie kunnen zetten en heeft hij erg zijn best...

'My friend and I had a lovely stay here last night. We arrived in the afternoon and were warmly welcomed by Karen. We were really well looked after by Karen and her team and nothing was too much trouble. Our twin room was lovely and the beds really comfortable with lovely touches in the bathroom in case we had forgotten anything. Our food in the restaurant was delicious … the best steak I have had in a while and my friend said her burger was amazing. A real gem of a place at Rutland and we will...

'Have stayed a few times over the years, the room was nice, but could do with a make over, and the shower needs something doing with it, it isn't a walk in shower, more like a climb in. Food in the restaurant was delicious, even though there wasn't a big choice, it was all delicious, the chef even made fresh apple sauce for one of the party. 'I would like to point out that this property is not in Grantham but in South Witham, Grantham. This makes a great deal of difference and took us much longer to find and right out of our way. I suggest you correct this. The address given by you takes you to different part of the area and is confusing. So please correct it and add South Witham to the full address. '

'The Garden Room was everything you could want for a quiet weekend away. There was everything there you could possibly want, all needs were catered for . . . and more. The host was exceptional in all communications and everything in the property was explained thoroughly. The facilities were fantastic. We will definitely be returning! 10/10'
