'Goed: netheid van kamer, kwaliteit bed. Minder: de hele hotelinrichting ziet er uit als 30-40 jaar oud. Erg lawaaiig door slecht geïsoleerde ramen. Veel lawaai van de naastgelegen snelweg en van landende vliegtuigen. Personeel is (gedeeltelijk) erg onverschillig. Bij check-in werd me ingewreven dat boeken via Expedia niet tot de hotel-gebruikelijke service hoefde te leiden, zoals bijvoorbeeld een ontbijt-inclusief. Dat moest ik extra betalen en dan was het goedkoper geweest als ik rechtstreeks...
