'I paid for a different room received a different room. Room has loud noise and strange stuffs in the room. Tried to Talk to the owner and they were refusing to help. They wanted to charge us more on what have paid to change room'

'I was expecting to rooms to look exactly like what I seen on Expedia‘s website. It was the total opposite dated dirty unsanitized rooms with worn out linens curtains with 1 inch of dust and dirt dirty phones, chipped up furniture stains on the couches. This is not acceptable at all. The continental breakfast area was not acceptable.'

'First of all, there is no shuttle to Disney, it was removed 3 months ago according to hotel’s staff. Second, when I reserved thru Expedia, my room was advertised with breakfast included. After check in I went to the lobby to ask about breakfast in preparation for the next day. They told me it costed $19.99. I mentioned that I thought it was included and they said no. 'I stay in this Inn every year to visit my mom who’s in the assisted living near by. The place is very clean and the staffs are very friendly. I’ll definitely use their hot tub next year. I suggest to upgrade the shower head but I highly recommend this place.'
