'Comfy bed and terrific view from the 38th floor. Hotel is showing its age, however, the service from the staff is exceptional. Do bear in mind that a 'destination fee' or in other words a 'resort fee' is payable. It is mandatory and will set you back $35 (+ tax). The fee itself gives you $35 of value to use in the eateries in the hotel, but it won't stretch far. Buffet breakfast costs a whopping $50 + tax, service charge and gratuity...That's an expensive breakfast for a family of 4! ;-)'

'The room was clean in general. My bedspread and pillow cases were not clean. I had reached out the day before for early checkin for the next day. They said I could check in at 1pm no extra charge. Had the message so I could show checkin if needed. The lady at checkin was not nice at all. She acted as if she didnt believe me and proceeded to tell me affter I told her I have proof to again say "I just want you to know that you are very early" which we obviously established when I walked up...

'I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and unfortunately there was no hot water during my stay. Additionally, the parking fee is $95 per day—I only parked for one day, as I moved my car to outside parking on the second day. However, I was still charged for two days of parking. Room views is bad and rooms are tiny. '

'We did not have heat until after midnight on the first night. The breakfasts which was "included" were edible but mediocre. We ate somewhere else. There was an added $35 a day fee required when we checked in for incidentals, like $10 waters and canned drinks and $7 M&Ms. Sheets on the bed were torn. We won't be back!'
