'Lovely private outdoor space with plunge pool, with easy access from the functional kitchen. Loved the location, just outside the Old Town (15 min walk through a lovely park) and with a selection of local restaurants and bars to choose from. Very comfortable bed, and the (admirtedly tight) spiral staircase proved no challenge. Balbina was a very helpful host.'

'This place was very well maintained and very clean. The place has been renovated with a designer taste and minimalistic, nordic style. Very beautiful and confortable. Situated in the heart of Palma de Mallorca with access to best restaurant and night life. Also easy access to the shore and pier for a wonderful walk by the water and the marina. We had a good time during our stay and we absolutely recommend it. '

'Super accommodation in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Great for visiting Palma city. Portixol is very uncommercialised, with great places to eat. 'We had a very pleasant stay in this house, situated in a quiet neighborhood, only one street away from the sea and the boulevard. The house was furnished in an authentic way, with comfort everywhere. The kitchen was very well equipped, so we could prepare a our own dinner and have a lovely evening on the patio, under the lemontree. 'Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser geräumigen Wohnung. Der Innenhof ist ebenfalls recht groß mit Liegen, großem Sonnenschirm und gemütlichem Platz zum Frühstücken oder den Abend nett ausklingen zu lassen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum kleinen Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Die Strandpromenade läd ein zum Spaziergang, in Palma (Kathedrale) waren wir in 40 min. zu Fuß. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, großer Dank an Matias, der uns gute Tipps gab und sehr freundlich ein- bzw. ausgecheckt...

'Moderner Bungalow in guter Lage. Später Check-In und late Check-Out waren kein Problem. Abder die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war sehr unbefriedigend. Wir haben erst nach Einschalten des Kundensupport eine Rückmeldung zum Check-In bekommen und dann eine nicht korrekte Handynummer zur weiteren Abstimmung. Vor Ort mussten wir erst die Hauptsicherung reinmachen, um zumindest Licht zu haben. Dann längerer Kampf mit der Steuerung der Klimaanlage. Leider gab es keinerlei Hinweise zur Bedienung des...
