'The house is clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. Julio was responsive and helpful. It is 5-10 minutes walk to markets & restaurants and the cathedral and the main shopping area are 25 minutes walk. Finding a parking spot was sometimes a challenge but we always succeeded. We hope to return.'

'L’appartement est propre, silencieux, lumineux, relativement bien équipé. L’entrée est autonome via une boîte à clés. Situé à 20mns à pieds du centre ville et à 10mns à pieds de l’arrêt de bus qui vient de l’aéroport. En revanche, la salle de bain est vraiment petite. Nous étions 5, compliqué avec une seule et si petite salle de bain. La pièce principale est également petite. Le jacuzzi était sale (l’eau + la structure), nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. 'Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together.We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. 'Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser geräumigen Wohnung. Der Innenhof ist ebenfalls recht groß mit Liegen, großem Sonnenschirm und gemütlichem Platz zum Frühstücken oder den Abend nett ausklingen zu lassen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum kleinen Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Die Strandpromenade läd ein zum Spaziergang, in Palma (Kathedrale) waren wir in 40 min. zu Fuß.
