There's supermarkets everywhere, local dining options, three metro stops 3 to 10 minutes walk way, the main train station (Atocha) to all the other main cities in Spain, walking distance (15-20 mins) to hip neighbourhoods like Anton Martin & San Fernando. 'They photos are great but they don't do this place justice. Especially the location. Around every corner is a gem and it simply cannot be easier to walk out the door and right into the beautiful Madrid action. Watch the parking though. I had my car towed and still don't understand why. The machine was broken next to the house and parking underground is the cost of another rental apartment (figuratively). Great place to discover Madrid.'
