'This was a late booking and we were looking for a quality hotel in a quiet location where we could relax. Hotel Son Xotano didn't disappoint.
The majority of staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very well appointed and designed. The breakfast buffet offered the most varied selection and the highest quality that I have encountered anywhere, and served by delightful staff who couldn't do enough to assist.
The pool area was kept immaculately and again the hotel...

'The hotel, once you can manage to identify it and get in, was lovely.
We received no information on the location of the hotel, the name of the hotel didn't match the booking, and both hotels in the village belong to the same company and we had no idea which we were in. There was no manned reception, and no-one answered the phone numbers supplied.
Eventually another guest gave us a number to use WhatsApp on, and we got the check in details. Suffice to say we were not impressed. . . However, next...
