'We had a wonderful week’s stay in Palma, made all the better with our excellent accommodation. From the beginning the communication was perfect, clear instructions for check in made the arrival smooth. Big shout out for Gina! Who was also a great help with our luggage storage on checkout day. Our apartment was just beautiful and had all the charm, comfort and facilities we could hope for. Unexpected basic supplies were provided, which was welcome but unexpected in a self catering...

Cependant nous avons été déçu par l’infestation de cafard, nous avons appelé le matin , on les a prévenu qu’il fallait faire une désinsectisation, ils ne sont pas venus. C’est avec acharnement jusqu’au soir que nous avons continué à appeler, sans qu’il nous trouve une solution. Après 26h d’attentes, pas dormi car il y avait les cafards, ils nous ont trouvé une solution et relogé. Cependant, l’amertume ressenti pendant...

'Lovely property however if there are people staying above the noise travels alot due to the plumbing and the wooden floors. Sadly didnt sleep at all on night 2. Also not keen on having to thorw away my own trash upon departure...surely thats what the cleaning bill is for. Good central location but if we had more time to bokk we would have looked elsewhere. 'No A/C as advertised. Battle with property managers for a repair, never happened. Horrible attitude, thought WE were lying. It was 80 degrees outside and 80 degrees inside. Windows are nailed shut except for one. Miserable stay. Also there are not 2 bedrooms. It’s one bedroom and an open loft with no privacy and very noisy. This listing has fraudulent details. Avoid.'

'Great apartment in a convenient location off the most beaten paths. Clean, in great shape but oh the stairs! Straight up to the third floor and the rise (approximately 9 inches+) would never ever meet codes in the USA. You won’t have to go to the gym after a few times up and down. Really, if you have difficulty climbing stairs absolutely do not stay here. Otherwise, this is a nice place.'
