'Pictures do not do any justice compared to actually being there. This inn and grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed every moment while we were here. We were able to walk to Main Street and site see along with walking to the public access for the lake. The views of the mountains are breathtaking and the water was perfect for a warm day. Breakfast with the fresh fruit was a great way to start the day. When we come back to the Bridgton and Waterford area, we will definitely be staying here...

'Loved our visit to this log home. Very spacious and well equiped kitchen. Amazing views of the lake. Had everything you need for a nice relaxing trip with your family or group of friends. They give access to their canoe and kayaks. Theres a place to gather around a fire and a deck to enjoy the views and grill for your needs.Also an indoor fire place with plenty of wood available! 'Beautiful property with nice amenities. We liked the gas fireplace in our room! Bottles of water, mini fridge, muffins and coffee in the lobby..I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the pool and other offerings. Will definitely return!'

'The room was very nice, well lit, very roomy, and the bed comfortable. Nice. We loved the location and view. Good health food store next door. And, a gas station across the street. For me a shorter person, the bottom step of the stairway was higher than normal and when wet was slippery. So be careful when stepping down.'

'This place is exactly as pictured and described. My spouse and I needed a getaway and break from work and booked this place off season with our dog for a few days. We spent the days on the porch in the sun (dog loved that and she couldn't escape because of railings), grilling, cooking, using the sauna and the hot tub. Nice appliances in the kitchen! The sauna was lovely and the hot tub was super clean and spacious!! Game room was great, too. The master bed was so comfortable and clearly good...

'We really liked this unit for it's convenient location, just minutes to Sunday River. Our dog had a fantastic trip too playing in the large back yard and exploring the river behind the house. It was perfect for a quick ski weekend.'

'The location was quiet and gorgeous in the winter. The drive to Bethel was about a half hour drive along some gorgeous lakes. The jacuzzi was the star for me—stayed warm our entire stay. Outfitted with everything we needed for a couple weeks. We had a couple questions that were answered almost instantly.'

"Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "

"Dit hotel is werkelijk fantastisch. Het is volgens mij redelijk nieuw. De kamers zijn ruim en teven voorzien van een keuken met werkelijk alles. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid voor Amerikaanse begrippen. "
