'The vibe is really off. There's a sign that threatens you with a $200 fine if you have a pet. This is the owners preogative,---if they don't want pets, fine. But it's so confusing to threaten a fine. I asked the woman. So, I could have a dog but I'd have to pay $200? She said, no, no dog. Then I said why have a fine?
