'We had a wonderful 3-week stay at Frank’s Maple Moon Farm in Lebanon, Maine. Frank is a fantastic host—very helpful, kind, and a joy to talk to, especially with his love of history. The house, built in 1790, has a rustic and vintage charm while still being very comfortable and well-kept. 'Our first time to the area. Updated house in a quiet neighborhood and city just outside Portland. 20 minute drive or Uber into downtown Portland. The house was clean and easily accommodated 6 adults. We also enjoyed the outside sitting area with the fire pit. '

'This is a room in a lovely old farmhouse. I thought the description could have been more detailed: I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The room is on the second floor; the bathroom is private but down a short hallway. The property is in the country and very quiet. Restaurants and stores are in Ellsworth, and easy 20-25 minute drive. Hosts are lovely and not intrusive. '
