'This was an amazing experience for myself, daughter, son in law and my just turned 16 year old grandson. This was his birthday vacation we do every year if we can. House was extremely clean. Able to bring his dog Price for pet fee was really good Quite, able to walk across the street to the bay. Driving distance to everywhere and everything We are going to rent this house again and will do more then just 5 days!! I highly recommend, if you want a quieter spot away from the super busier...

'Air conditioner was great, parking was great, the room had kitchenette with hot plate and cooking dishes. We had a dog with us. There were extra towels, coffee supplies in office entrance. Ice machine was good. A lot of stores, restaurants and even the Heart of Manteo festival park within short walking distance.'

'We were next to the laundry room. There was a loud sound coming through the bathroom all night, pipes over the shower, sounded like water was being poured in the tub no hot water, no shower. You could not pull the. Lever to start a shower the water was lukewarm couldn’t get any hotter. The staff was nice, but we had to change hotels and get our money back.'

When we first arrived we were warned they were out of towels, but that they would bring us some when their linens got in. Well we didn’t get towels until the next night. We had to use our beach towels after showering which was less than ideal. Room on the smaller side but still comfortable for 2 adults and 1 teen. We stayed in 2 bed courtyard view room. Free parking, but spaces can fill up in the high season.
