'Breakfast was amazing, staff was very attentive. Our room had a leaks toilet they were not able to fix and the ceiling light in the shower was half way out of it’s casing. What an amazing resort though! Beach front, private beach with lots of activities onsite. Monkeys are close by. Watch out for your belongings.'

The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time'

'the staff at the check in it’s very kind and helpful. check me in so quick . and the guy that help us our bags , was so nice and helpful. he even call us taxi . i’m just a little disappointed when we eat breakfast because i ask to make my dad 2 sunny side up eggs . they forget about it took long . then when i told them where my dad eggs he make us 1 egg so quick and it was burnt . but everything else was fantastic at the buffet.'

'The YBC Grand is my go to hotel for staying in Olongapo. The convenience of the stores, casino, and malls that are all walkable distances are amazing. The lobby itself is decorated with Christmas theme decorations during the holidays. The AC in the rooms is powerful and cools you down quickly. Water pressure is decent and bathrooms are good. Overall a very good price for the location it is in. Management is amazing and will take care of you. Can’t wait to come back this upcoming year!!'

'Ibis Styles is new, and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because the check out is terrible. I turned in my keys, and they called housekeeping to check my room. I waited and waited, then they ask two random employees that walked by to check my room, then called someone else again. I ended up standing around almost ten minutes while my driver waited outside. What if multiple people were there before me? I was finally given the all clear to...

'Hotel is ok, breakfast facilities are not that special. Room often not cleaned at the end of the day. In the weekend very noisy drunk other users of the hotel.'

'The room was adequate with a nice view and decent bedding. The shower lacked hot water and water pressure was low. There was a constant hum from some sort of electricity that I could not identify or shut off which made falling asleep difficult. The staff were a little pushy and reminded me multiple times, including a phone call at 11:30a that the checkout time was noon. '
